Job Description

· Extremely good communication skills (Both English and Hindi along with their own local languages if any)
· Ability to listen to and address to problems. With very active problem solving skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Giving Technical support to end users
· Analyze and resolve technical issues
· Ability to handle pressure and emergency situations
· Good knowledge in MS office (Excel, word, PPT) for maintaining records
· Opening client accounts by recording account data
· Maintaining client records by refreshing record data
· Settling item or administration issues by clearing up the client's protest; deciding the reason for the issue; choosing and disclosing the best answer for take care of the issue; facilitating redress or change; following up to guarantee determination
· Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

Salary : INR 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
